How to Make Vinegar from Banana Peelings

Materials: For every kilo of banana peels (cavendish or saba), add:

  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cups ammonium sulfite
  • vinegar starter (or very strong vinegar)
  • bakers yeast
