How to Make Fishball Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 6 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Hot sauce (optional, add this if you want the sauce to be hot )

Directions:

  1. Mix ingredients in a saucepan.
  2. Cook over low heat while stirring continuously until thick.
  3. Transfer to a bowl and serve with deep fried fishball or squidballs.
