How to Make Fish Burger

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg fish meat
  • 4 tsp salt
  • 4 tsp pepper
  • 3 tsp lemon juice (optional)
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 pcs eggs
  • 2 Tbsp powder milk or 4 Tbsp evaporated milk
  • 2 tsp hamburger seasoning
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs

Procedures:

  1. Chop fish meat.
  2. Mix well all the ingredients.
  3. Mold into patties and fry.
