- 1 kg fish meat
- 4 tsp salt
- 4 tsp pepper
- 3 tsp lemon juice (optional)
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 pcs eggs
- 2 Tbsp powder milk or 4 Tbsp evaporated milk
- 2 tsp hamburger seasoning
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- Chop fish meat.
- Mix well all the ingredients.
- Mold into patties and fry.
