Hi! I’m obsessed with Takoyaki. But its not the usual Japanese food in which its made of octopus. It’s the one that gained popularity in GenSan. As far as I could remember, it seemed to be made of cabbage and white sauce. Not quite sure. I’ve seen its potential in my place. I hope you’re familiar with it. I badly need the recipe. Please help. i really want to start my own coffee shop here in bacolod but i have no clue as to where to get the proper coffee machines in manila or anywhere even on the philippines. i tried searching the web but all i could find is automatic (good for personal or home use) or really bad second-hand ones. i’m a bartender on a cruise ship so i have an idea as to what a good reliable source of quality coffee/espresso looks like. i’m really intrested of finding a good medium commercial espresso machine. if you could direct me to a link, youd be my hero. thank you
