How to Make Coco Sauce or Toyo | Home Business Ideas
A type of condiment used for dishes to give better flavor to them by mixing caramel or brown sugar, water , salt, soy beans and wheat. Instead of using plain water, coconut water is used here :
Ingredients:
4 cups coconut water
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup salt
½ teaspoon sodium benzoate (preservative)
1 teaspoon MSG (OPTIONAL)
Procedure:
Filter coconut water using cheese cloth or cotton cloth.
Mix coconut water, salt and msg. Stir until salt dissolves and set aside.
In the frying pan, melt and caramelize brown sugar until blacken.
Pour coconut water mixture and boil.
Dissolve sodium benzoate in small amount of water and add to the mixture.
Remove from fire and cool.
Pour the product into a container and store for 2 weeks to 1 month before using.
– sa procedure na yan.. kasing dame or 4 cups,, un na ang pinaka soy sauce? un na po ba yun and ready na gamitin after 2wiks? or lalagyan pa ng water un bago gamitin pa??
