@LEO or anyone, i am from cavite and started to make a homemade longanisa, tocino, embutido, etc..im using my grandmothers recipe, but my problem is i cannot expand the weight of my products. i am not familiar with carageenan, and other stuff..i cant find it here at our public market..QC is far from my place,is there any branch here in cavite of mix? thanks
