A government corporation attached to the Department of Science and Technology, the TRC operates as a self-sustaining institution. Nego-Skwela have already trained thousands of people from different private companies, households and localities as well as employees who are being retrenched, retired or laid off; returning overseas Filipinos workers; government offices and institutions.
