Aside from the initial franchise fee, how much working capital one should prepare in its daily operation of a food cart within a month? Conservatively, I understand that the daily sales proceeds should not be trusted enough for the next day purchases of your products to be sold for that particular day. As a buffer (allowance), can you give me a cost of financing a food cart business for one month? In terms of the working capital for one one month (of course, except for initial franchise fee), is it recoverable from the sales proceeds of the month? Or really no net income for the first month until 6 month time?

what is meant by “adequate financial capability”? does this apply to the micro mini foodcart? please give us advice because we were told that there are many requirements in getting a small fudcart franchise and the 40k something franchise fee is just an advertisement so that an interested person would think it is affordable. pls enlighten us. thank you.
