The International Food Exhibition (IFEX) Philippines is an annual trade show organized by the Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions (CITEM), an agency of the Philippine Department of Trade and Industry. This year marks its fifth edition with a remarkable selection of food products from the quality producers and suppliers from here and abroad.

IFEX Philippines is one of the premier sourcing hubs for quality, diverse, and delectable Philippine and Asian food — the venue of choice for hundreds of local and foreign food buyers of key establishments, as well as of chefs, gourmets, entrepreneurs, and foodies.

The “Retailers Zone” is open to the Public at PhP100.00/Entrance Fee. The Retailers’ Zone is a prime venue for spot-selling, product and cooking demonstrations, and market- testing of new products with foreign importers; Philippine food consolidators; wholesalers; distributors; retailers; supermarket purchasers; catering, food service, and hotel and restaurant owners; specialty store, franchisers, and leisure and entertainment operators. It is also where chefs, gourmets, and entrepreneurs shop for quality regional food specialties and delicacies.
