Good day!
It is the Participatory Coconut Planting Program of PCA. It is not a gimmik, in Region 4-A, the PCA are now on the evaluation of seedlings planted which is the Phase 3 of the said program. Farmers who participated for this program are already paid for Phase 1 and 2.

Registration for the said program is closed.

i am a participant of this project at totoo po ito. as to whether PCA is still accepting applications, di ko po alam. I was paid the amount for the seednuts, and had also received the amount after transplanting as the program had stated, and am still expecting the grant money after my coconut trees grow up to the 5 feet. In short, gumagana talaga ang programang ito. Mabuti ito nakakatulong na sa ating mga magsasaka, nakakatulong sa kalikasan, and no doubt makakatulong din sa ekonomya. And besides i saw coconut is really a tree of life, kaya may initial incentive o wala di tayo lugi sa niyog… pero syempre mas maganda pa rin ang may konting pampagana di ba, kaya salamat sa PCA program na to. …di po ako sipsip, nagpapasalamat lang :-)

it’s now on their 2nd phase and those who registered on the 1st phase are only the ones who has the privilage of the program.
The seedlings are nbow about 2ft tall and ready for 3rd phase which is transplanting. next time abangan na lang natin sayang nga huli na tayo sa balita. kaso hindi pa raw sure kung magkaroon pa ulit. wala pa raw budget hmm.
