Is there no other way of preparing nuggets, tocino, longganiza and others without the following ingredients?
MSG
TVP
isolate
Phosphate

What are the substitutes for the MSG, TVP, ISOLATE, PHOSPHATE
Caregeenan AND Meat enhancer?
