Go Negosyo: Babae, Yaman Ka Ng Bayan!
Women Entrepreneurship Summit

On March 2, 2009 at the World Trade Center, we will be joined by Pinay entrepreneurs who ventured into the world of business and improved their quality of life despite the numerous challenges they faced.

Our audience would have the chance to be mentored by some of the country’s most respected women negosyantes as we launch our third book entitled Go Negosyo: Joey Concepcion’s 55 Inspiring Stories of Women Entrepreneurs.

Government officials from all levels — women senators, department secretaries, governors, congresswomen, mayors and barangay captains — will discuss how they plan to help women micro small and medium-scale entrepreneurs.

Plus, we will be conducting forums and lectures on a multitude of topics, from the negosyo basics — best marketing practices for small enterprises, entrepreneurial financial management, leadership styles, competitiveness in the export market, technology utilization — to tips and advice on the concerns that womenpreneurs face: health and wellness, fitness, and family life and work balance.

Over 100 booths and exhibitors will be showcasing different products and services under the following categories:

  • Health and Wellness
  • Fashion and Beauty
  • Family Life and Work Balance
  • Negosyo at Pera

ADMISSION IS FREE!

This is a great opportunity for moms like me. I’ve been a full time mom for 4 years now and have been enjoying it. My former work requires a strict schedule/routine. I know I will learn a lot from this event…will check it out. Kudos!

Nice to know na mayrong ganitong event.. It was a brilliant idea. The good thing of it is, free admission ha.. makapunta nga.. Dahil isa rin ako sa mga kababaihan na trying hard to earn…And I want to enrich my knowledge and skills sa aking munting business. And who knows madami pa matutulungan ko in the future.. More power sa GONEGOSYO!!!!
