Materials and Equipments:

  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Stove
  • Pan
  • Wooden spoon
  • Mixing bowls
  • Knife and chopping board
  • Tray
  • Small bowls
  • Colored cellophane (for wrapping)

Ingredients:

  • 2 big can condensed milk
  • 2 egg yolks (optional)
  • 1 tbsp butter or margarine

Procedure

  1. Put condensed milk in pan.
  2. Put the pan on stove with low fire.
  3. Then add egg yolk and butter (or margarine)
  4. Mix continuously until the mixture is thick.
  5. Remove from stove and let it cool.
  6. Wrap in cellophane and shape it like a pyramid.
  7. This is now ready for packaging and selling.

    i have my yema business and my costumers really like it..i have varieties of flavors like langka, leche plan, peanut and cookies and cream… where can i find or ask for a better packaging..(BOX) to make it more presentable….esp. now for christmas gifts..tnx!

    2 big cans condensed milk
    6 tbsp butter
    1/3 cup cocoa powder

    all you have to do is, set a double broiler or sauce pan on a stove then, place the condensed milk, while stirring constantly.
    cook the condensed milk until it thickens then add the cocoa powder. mix thoroughly until the cocoa powder dissolved. then add the butter, stirr constantly again until it dissolves then let it cool.

    best served with your favorite bread or cake slices…

    mainit na tubig
    powder milk
    asukal

    una tunawin ang asukal sa mainit na tubig
    pag halos wala ng buo sa asukal ihalo sa powder milk at tantyahin ang dami ng tunawa na asukal basta malapot ito at haluin hangang maging mas malapot at tikman

    di ko pato nasusubukab sa yema bawal kasi akong maghawak ng kalan eh
    13 yrs old palang kasi ako eh
    kaya nga puro no cook lang ang nagagawa ko sana epektib ito sa gagawing yema
    tikman nyo muna ung condensed milk baka parang normal na gatas lang
    mas masarap pag mas marami ang tunawa na asukal at konti lang ang tubig basta maging malapot ung gatas!

    tapos ilaga mo xia ng 30 mins kasama ang lata

    kac ganito un eh ung nag puputo samin

    kpag nag luluto xia ng puto may tubig sa baba doon nya ilalaga

    ung condense milk kasama ung lata

    tapos papalamigin tsaka bubuksan

    bakit po parang naging nougat yung niluto kong yema. naging chewy and pag nilagay sa ref naging kendi. ang gusto ko kse is ung malambot. katulad ng mga nabibili na triangle ang shape. bkit po kaya?
