Please let me know 1/. what to do when case has been filed in the Civil Court and getting unduly delayed for years, due to Civil Courts Procedure? Can MSME Facilitation Council help resolve the Dispute? 2/.Is it possible to Appeal to National Council for MSME, with Govt. of India also for speedy clarification, when the Director of Industries does not proceed as per the Facilitation Council provision, and even without calling meeting of the facilitation Council? 3/. Are there any judgments or decisions given by various State Facilitation Councils available for guideline purposes? I shall be very grateful for an early response.
