		<description>hi there...just wonderin&#039; about the ham...that&#039;s made in ground pork??i prefer that coz it&#039;s easy to chew for kids but then...i don&#039;t know how to make it and isn&#039;t a pear shape molder is needed?is cassave flour have been used to shape up the ground meat for that ham?i hope you can post recipes of that ham.....thanks and more power.</description>

hi wenay, i&#039;ll check what&#039;s the alternative for MSG. try to experiment though by removing the MSG vs putting one and compare the taste of the finished product.

Carajay is a frying pan with a rounded bottom like a Wok or a Kawali.

Most ingredients are available in supermarkets. You can also inquire DOST at Tel. Nos.: (632) 837-2071 to 82 locs. 2182, 2218, 2180, since this post was lifted from their website.

This sounds like a nice ham. I have looked in all the shops around here (USA) no one has Hamspice what is in it so I can mix my own I await your response with intense anticipation
