Saunar Fri, 29 Jan 2010 08:33:37 +0000 http://www.mixph.com/?p=1592#comment-31862 We are located in Albay, and as of now we have small sugar cane plantation but the problem is that we cannot maintain because of expenses that cannot be cope up by just making sweetened sugar cane (sangkaka or kalamay in bikol) because the wholesalers and retailers are the one controlling the prices. We hope that there will be a government agency that can help us and reach our place especially those who have only small area in marketing our produce even if it is the sugar cane plants itself. we hope that we can augment our income in selling sugar cane shoots or the sugar plants that are ready for making sugar or others.
