I think one of the ingredients should be sodium CITRATE not sodium nitrate.  While they may both act as preservative, the citrate, i think is safer to use than the nitrate.  I checked this with the publication of the PCC (Mga Produktong mula sa Gatas ng Kalabaw) - it is sodium citrate.  Regards</description>
