		<description>Suggestion: Calamansi marmalade. I tried doing this here in the US where the ripe calamansi is actually yellow in color. Basically: squeeze out the juice from the calamansi and set it aside; remove the seeds from the peel and cut it in strings like regular orange marmalade; boil the peel in sugar for say 20 minutes, add more sugar and add the juice. Tastes better than orange marmalade!</description>
