Hello Leo,
thanks. pero masyado malki ang size para sa maliit kong budget, pwede kaya makabahagi ng around 3 to 5 hectares lang? Start up sana ako ng agribiz ventures ng fruitrees and jatropha and yung veggies/cron/sweet sorghum?
Nasa China ako ngayon and planning to visit for 4 days sa Pinas this end of April.

@peter, well, there are always “nice people around” anywhere in the philippines :), i personally checked the place and did some “investigations” with the surrounding neighborhoods and most of the replies are negative. it’s really a good buy.
