Good afternoon! Would injecting the marinade to the chicken help it making more tastier and juicier?

i think i can manage regarding in operations, i’ve been 3 yrs in one of the best lechon hauz here in phils. and now im a store supervisor..about the set up we need a maintenace there.

wala bang kasamang chopping table un? ilang skewer ang pde ilagay sa machine nyo?

@Arnold, try mo mag source ng manok straight from the farm. of course dapat maramihan para mas mura, ang isang inconvenience siguro e ikaw ang magde-dress sa manok.

Sa Amadeo Cavite ko balak lagay franchise. Bukod sa mga equipment, meron
din ba kayong support as to where to find chickens to sell? Wala kasi akong
alam na chicken wholesaler.Yung mura ba para meron magandang tubo.
