I want to venture in electroplating as a source of extra income for the growing needs of my family.
I see the potential of producing black chrome/nickel specially in guns since there are a lot of gun holders in the city where i live in.
May I know what are the procedures involved to attain the color I want?

Hi, I want to learn how to do electroplating on zinc splitter for our facotry.
We need 3 layers, Cu for 3-5um, Ni 3-5um, and Tin 3-5um (the thickness). Do you know 1) what kind of chemical & machine I need to buy 2) will these thickness pass 1000 hours salt fog test? If not which layer should I make it thicker?

i am a welder, machinist supposed to go abroad but since i dont want to leave my kids i’m thinking of a business here in my hometown, and electroplating is one i’m really interested in. can you help me get started in that business? i mean do i need to attend trainings/seminars about electroplating, what do i need, and how much is it going to cost me. thanks!
