Ultima Entrepinoy Center (UEC), a livelihood and skills training center is a sister company of Spices and Food Mix House and was established in 1997 by Filomeno Rivera, an agriculturist by profession with wide exposure to different people and business establishment. Today, both Ultima Entrepinoy Center & Spices and Foodmix House does not limit its concern to meat processing ingredients and supplies only. It continues to conduct livelihood seminars due to insisted public demands. This is also UEC’s response to the call of poverty alleviation.
