The National Mango Congress is an annual event and a significant occasion for all stakeholders, friends, investors and government workers who, in one way or another, have become part of the mango industry’s journey towards recognition and a vital contributor to the gross domestic product and export receipts of the country. From a modest beginning almost a decade ago, the National Mango Congress has grown to be a major forum where government, businessmen, investors, farmers and contract growers come together to discuss how to further promote the our country’s National Fruit – which is incomparable to other mango varieties of the world.
In previous years, this annual event has become a vital gathering for everyone involved in the Mango Industry of the Philippines. It brings together farmers and growers with investors, institutional buyers and input suppliers from all over the country. This is especially seen in the Market Matching Activity and Trade Exhibits that have become highlights of the annual Mango Congress.
The TRADE EXHIBIT provides the venue for input suppliers, exporters, processors and retailers to announce and display their various goods and services to the participants of the Mango Congress, who might become business partners in the near future.
