MONGO KROPECK

Materials:

  • 5 cups rice flour
  • 2½ cups mongo flour
  • 2 cups oil or lard
  • 1½ tbsp. flavoring (cheese or barbecue)
  • 2/3 cup water


Procedure:

  1. Separately, grind rice and mongo to make flour.
  2. Mix them together and add water and salt. Mix well until it becomes a soft dough.
  3. Spread the dough in an aluminum container about 1 cm. thick.
  4. Cook in a double boiler for about 15 minutes.
  5. Slice according to desired sizes or about 2 cm. each.
  6. Dry in the sun until brittle.
  7. Deep fry in boiling oil until crispy.
  8. Sprinkle flavoring and shake well.
  9. Serve or store in plastic bags. Seal.

SOYBEAN KROPECK

Materials:

  • 5 cups rice flour
  • 2½ cups “sapal” of the milk from soybean
  • 2 cups oil or lard
  • 1½ tbsp. flavoring (cheese or barbecue)
  • 2/3 cup water

Procedure:

(The procedure is similar to other kinds of kropeck)

  1. Add rice powder, water and salt to the sapal of the milk from soybean.
  2. Mix well until a fine paste is attained.
  3. Spread over aluminum trays and steam for 15 minutes. Cool.
  4. Cut into desired sizes.
  5. Dry in the sun or heat in a cabinet dryer at 70°C for 3 hours or until dried.
  6. Deep fry in oil.
  7. Brush artificial flavoring on the kropeck.
  8. Serve or seal in plastic bags.

SHRIMP KROPECK

Ingredients:

  • 2 tasang bigas (laon o luma)
  • ½ tasang maliit na hipon o ulo ng hipon o tagunton
  • 2 ½ kutsaritang asin
  • ½ kutsaritang vetsin
  • food color (maaring wala)

Kasangkapan:

  • Gilingan ng mais
  • Lutuan
  • Pasingawan
  • Mixing bowls
  • Measuring spoon
  • Mga bandehado

Paraan:

  1. Ibabad ang bigas nang magdamag o sa mainit na tubig nang 20 minuto. Patuluing mabuti.
  2. Gilingin ang bigas at hipon ng magkaroon ng mahipis na masa.
  3. Idagdag ang asin at vetsin. Lagyan ng food coloring kung gusto. Haluing mabuti.
  4. Ilipat ang manipis na masa (2-3 kutsara) sa isang kawaling pinahiran ng konting mantika.
  5. Pasingawan ng 1-3 minuto hanggang ang timplada ay maging malinaw.
  6. Hiwain sa tamang piraso (1″ x 2″ x 1/6″).
  7. Ilipat sa patuyuang bandehado at ibilad sa araw nang 6 na oras hanggang lumutong.
  8. Itago sa malamig at tuyong lugar.

    gustong gusto ko po ang mga recipe nyo, kung maari lamang po ay nais ko pa sanang malaman kung anu ang recipe ng faceal cream at kung pano po ito gawin maraming salamat po. at kung san po ako pweding mamili ng morang mga ingredients o mga gamit nito jan sa manila.
