Leo, hindi consistent ang texture ng finished product, there were times ok, others not eh isang recipe lang naman ang sinusunod ko. what seems to be the problem behind these various results?

You can adjust the ingredients according to your preferred taste. I think there’s no such thing as a perfect recipe, it will always be subjective to any cook. We have different tastes and smell, so I guess it’s up to us to adjust and prepare it to our own preference. Btw, the recipe is from the Dept. of Agriculture website.

we’ve tired this recipe but sad to say that the result was frustrating kasi matabang yung taste nya. we thought that this recipe was kitchen tested. it did not passed to our panelist nong pina sensory test namin.

madali ba hanapin yun mga ingredients like TVP, Carageenan, phosphate,
nutmeg? available ba yan locally sa Manila.
