Gentlemen,

FYI for those of you looking for a vast track of land to plant Jathropa, there is one in northern municipality of mainland Palawan covering an area of 265 hectares. 2 options:

1. lease the property for P 3,000 per hectare per year (subject to 10% increase annually); or

2. acquire the rights of the current claimant in your favor for a consideration of P 10M. The current claimant will sign all necessary legal document so that you could peacefully use the property for 25 years, renewable for another 25 years.

hi Jo,
with 800 sqm lot, you can produce a lot more than a million seedlings. And that is what you can sell. A hactare of land needs about 1,100 seedlings foe a 2x 3 plantation.

Seedlings sell at 3 to 7 pesos depending on its height from 8 inches to 18 inches high.
