    John Lu Koa, is a good inspiration. You have such an inovative company’s. Just a question directly to him…Why he called his company a “French Baker”.
    I beleive him, physique and chemistry are a strong weapon in Food Industry.
    I think he knew Thierry Marx with his Chemistry Cooking!
