Step 1 (in case of single proprietorship) Business Name Registration with DTI (in case of partnership or corporation) Certification with SEC. Step 2 Mayors Permit - needs Barangay Clearance, so you need to go to Barangay Hall who has jurisdiction of your business. Step 3 BIR - Registration of business and securing of TIN Step 4 SSS, PHIC, HDMF Step 5 DOLE i would like to correct the order of registering of business.
