I am preparing a project brief (Project feasibility) in region 12 for the entrepreneurs to have an idea in mud crab farming. Currently, I’m in the midst of seeking data through a reliable persons and also through the internet. As i continue surfing the net, i have read your articles on mud crab farming. Hence, i’m seeking help from you to feed me suffecient data on mud crab farming, including the market, technicalities in growing crabs until harvest and the like…It would be a great help for our community to engage into crab farming for we knew that there is a big gap on the demand and supply of crabs in our country.

a relative from sorsogon will be harvesting mud crabs and prawns this november, i want to help them sell their production but i dont know how to transport them to manila or elsewhere.

the prawns are big, more like 4 or 5 pieces per kilogram.

and the crabs are like 700 grams to a kilo each.

I have a fish pond in our province particularly in Masbate City, I am planning to sell directly my product in Manila but I have no idea the exact location of said live mud crab buyer or exporter. I AM INTERESTED IN YOUR WAY . BUT THERE IS A PROBLEM WE ENCOUNTERED IN THE PROCESS OF GROW MUD CRABS. THIS LAST 3 SEASON WE ENCOUNTERED FISH KILL AND EVENTUALLY THE CRABS ARE AFFECTED TO WHAT INFORMATION CAN YOU GAVE US IN ORDER TO AVOID THIS KIND OF LOSS
