@Claribel Alih, i’m not sure kung merong alternative sa anisado wine, you can omit it if you want, then taste the final product. if there’s not much difference then good. i’m not a cooking expert but i think yung alcohol content ng wine ang nagpapadagdag ng flavor.

Hi,muslim po kami.tanong ko lang kung iyong anisado wine ay isang klase ba ng alak?Kasi masarap sana ilagay sa mga chicken at beef recipes para sa business ko.Kaso baka hindi pwede dahil nga sa wine daw ito.tulungan mo naman ako leo kasi gusto ko rin sana maimprove ang lasa ng mga paninda ko.tnx and more power sa website mo.
