actually, the cost i gave you was the cost i incurred setting up my layer bldg last feb. i hired a contratista for it, bought all the materials.

with the rising cost of materials, it is better to set up your bldg now if you have the resources

can i construct the building but accordingly to your specification and use a cheaper materials that may be available nearby. What maybe the suitable location if any and how delicate the selection of the location.

construction for layers is at P170 per head for the building cost including labor.

yes, this is profitable but should be well-managed. as in any other business, since this is a ‘living’ product, one has to make sure that management is in place, otherwise, profits will not be generated as expected.

im interested in egg layering biz kaso wala pa ko masyado idea pano mag start. kelan ba ulit magkakaron ng seminar about egg layering or poultry. how much is the needed capital to start a new one? anyone? or kanino pwede mag visit sa farm nila for a tour just to have an idea. tnx

Mga kabayan magandang hapon o gabi sa inyo, baka naman pd makahingi ng favor kung sino ang nakakaalam kung pano makontak si Mr. Rolando Lagaya, itanong ko lang sana kung nagbe2nta sya ng 500 heads na pullets.
