we are currently manufacturing dishwashing liquid detergent, we are facing some problem with the appearance of the liquid detergent, it supposed to be a clear solution but it turned cloudy after 2 weeks of storage. please advise what is the cause of the occurance.

Please let me know a simple chemical that would have the same effect as Benzalkonium Chloride in the making of this ALL PURPOSE LIQUID CLEANER. This chemical is scarce in my area and I would appreciate any advice on the suitable substitute.
