Needed startup capital for a general merchandise outlet at a public market stall. Required minimum bid and projected cost of inventory is at least P150,000. Local government is required to return two-thirds of investment within a period of 5 years. Only available collateral is part of a high-end residential lot, but willing to execute legal partition of the same but don’t know how. Thanks for any useful advice.
