Here’s some easy to prepare pizza recipe that you can try at home. It’s a good business idea too.

PINOY BREAKFAST PIZZA

(Recipes by The Center for Culinary Arts (CCA)’s Pamela Comia and Driselle Peleo)

Ingredients:

  • Crust
  • 2 pcs pandesal, sliced into half crosswise

Sauce:

  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 ½ tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • salt & pepper to taste

Toppings

  • 4 pcs fried quail egg
  • 1 pc longanisa, sliced, fried
  • 1/8 pc daing na bangus, fried, flaked
  • 1 stalk spring onion, sliced

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven at 350 F. Lightly toast pandesal. Set aside.
  2. To make the sauce, combine mayonnaise, honey and mustard. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. To assemble, spread sauce over toasted pandesal, top with quail egg, longanisa, or fried daing na bangus. Garnish with sliced spring onion.

Notes: How to check if your honey is pure? Refrigerate- if crystals form on the surface, it’s not pure honey! Pure honey stays liquid whatever temperature it’s in.

QUICK-FIX PIZZA

Ingredients:
Crust:

  • 1-1/2 cups gold medal all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup cornmeal
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup oil

Topping:

  • 2 tbsps oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1-2 tbsp corn starch, dissolve in water
  • cheese, grated
  • hotdog sliced diagonally
  • red and green bell pepper strips
  • mushroom, sliced
  • onion rings
  • ham, cube

Instructions: Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a jelly roll pan.

In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt and cornmeal. With a fork, stir in milk and oil. Roll out dough to fit pan. Baked 10 minutes.

For the Topping: In a sauce pan, heat oil then saute garlic, onion and tomato sauce. Add water, sugar and season to taste. Thicken with corn starch. Spread sauce, cheese, hotdog, bell pepper, mushroom, onion ring and ham on top of pizza. Bake until cheese melts and crust is crisp.

CHEESY PIZZA

Ingredients:

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp sweet basil, crushed
  • 1-1/2 tbsp oregano, crushed
  • 1-1/3 cups mushrooms, broiled, diced and drained
  • 1-1/3 cups tomato paste or pizza sauce
  • 3 prepared pizza crust (store-bought)
  • 2-6 oz mozzarella cheese, cut in pieces
  • 2/3 cup Romano cheese, grated

Instructions: In a nonstick skillet, fry garlic, basil and oregano. Turn off heat. Add in muahroom, then tomato paste or pizza sauce and stir for about 30 seconds. Then spread mixture on each pizza crust. Bake at 425°F 5 minutes. Remove from oven; top with mozzarella cheese; bake 10 minutes more until crust is crisp and cheese melts. Sprinkle with romano cheese. Slice and serve.

FRENCH BREAD PIZZA

Ingredients:

  • 1 pc French Bread, sliced crosswise
  • 150 gm ground beef
  • salt
  • 1 pouch (115 gm) Del Monte Sweet Style Pizza Sauce
  • 100 gm Quickmelt Cheese, coarsely grated
  • 1 small (30 gm) onion, cut into rings

Instructions: Slice bread crosswise. Set aside. In a nonstick pan, saute beef with a dash of salt until cooked and slightly dry. Spead Del Monte Pizza Sauce over bread. Top with remaining ingredients. Bake in preheated 350°F oven until cheese melts.

GARDEN FRESH PIZZA

Ingredients:

  • prepared pizza sauce
  • 1 pc pizza dough
  • mozzarella cheese, grated
  • onions, sliced
  • black olives, sliced
  • button mushrooms, sliced
  • tomato wedges

Instructions: Spread pizza sauce on pizza dough. Sprinkle generously with grated mozzarella cheese. Arrange other toppings. heat in oven for a few minutes or until cheese melts and some parts on the surface turn brown. Slice and serve.

KIDDIE PIZZA

Ingredients:

  • 1 small pizza dough (prepared,store-bought)
  • 1 tbsp all-purpore flour
  • 1 ounce promodoro sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese,shredded
  • 8 pcs. Pepperoni slices

Instructions: Coat prepared pizza dough lightly with all-purpose flour. Spread Promodoro sauce over pizza dough. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and spread pepperoni slices all around. Place in over and cook 1-2 minutes or until crust is crisp. Place pizza on cutting board and cut into 4 slices. Serve.

PIZZA DOG

Ingredients:

  • 1 can pizza sauce
  • 1 tbsp banana catsup
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 prepared pizza crust (store-bought)
  • 6 pcs. hotdog, sliced 1/4″ thick
  • 1/2 cup Mozarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, grated

Instructions: Combine pizza sauce, catsup and mustard. Mix well. Spread unto pizza crust. Top with sliced hotdog and sprinkle cheeses. Put pizza on cookie sheet and bake at 375F 15 minutes or until crust is crisp and cheese is melted. Slice and serve.

    I like ur website; its very useful. I will prepare this at home then I will plan to try it for home business. Do have a substitute for promodoro sauce and pepperoni coz these ingredients I think are expensive.
