The Science Education Institute of the Department of Science and Technology envisions to develop a critical mass of highly trained scientific and technological human resources. To accomplish this vision, it administers scholarships, awards and grants in science and technology (S&T); undertakes projects and formulates plans for the promotion, development and improvement of science and technology education and training.
