How to Make Hamburger

Raw Materials:

  • 1/2 kg beef lean, ground
  • 1/2 kg pork lean, ground

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 T – salt
  • 1T – sugar, refined
  • 1T – phosphate
  • 1/4 C – water
  • 1T – celery, chopped fresh or celery powder
  • 1/2 C – onion, chopped
  • 1T – garlic, chopped finely
  • 1T – ground black pepper
  • 4T – flour
  • 2 pcs – egg, fresh

Procedure:

  1. Select good quality raw materials. Trim and weigh.
  2. Grind the meat.
  3. Add salt and phosphate dissolve in 1/4 cup of water with the meat and mix well until tacky (sticky as glue).
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until well blended.
  5. Form into patty. Freeze and pack for storage.
  6. Fry if to be served with bread.

Yield: 1.3 kg

    Yup…Leo. Big T for Tablespoon and Wax paper or Plastic wrap(cheaper). Can last frozen in the Friged over a month( 0 degrees F.) defrost 38 -40 degrees F. Overnite…Do not overcook…medium High heat 3 min…turn over then >another 3 minutes on the other side. May add Cheese, Fresh sliced Onions, sliced tomatoes, Mayonnaise and/ or Grey Poupon. ENJOY
