Very informative and inspiring column!Thanks for throwing out some tricks of the trade in the retail business. As for one, we do share your experiences. We supply handprinted greeting cards to gifts shops around the metro and we observed that the successful ones are the one who pay particular attention to detail of their products and identity of the shop.
