If you intend to buy an existing business, you better make a full research why that person is selling the money making venture. There may be reasons that could be beneficial to you or it might be the other way around. Either way, talking of experience, it is much better to start from scratch. If you are unsure how to start, there are institutions and individual consulting service providers that can help you jumpstart your business. I would however caution you that if you are half-hearted in this endeavor, you better think twice in opening this laundry. otherwise you will just be wasting your time and valuable resources.
