hay naku!!!! akala ko kami lang ang naloko ng mga franchising na yan. Buhay pa ba ang “Potato Cuddler” isa pa to magaling lang kumuha ng pera at sales talk after that kawawa ka na.

I was also a victim of this everything online company. Mabuti at ung Mobile+ at isang unit lang ng ICafe+ ang kinuha ko sa kanila. Grabe ang customer service nila hindi ka man lang sasagutin sa mga emails mo. Kung long distance calls sana ginamit ko grabe na siguro ang laki ng nagastos ko kasi from Laguna area pa ung internet shop ko. Ung isang managerial staff nila na si Abbey Bactol naku ewan kung nakakatulog ba ng mahimbing kasi panay ang kulit ko sa email nde ngrereply.
Dapat ihabla na ang EOL para maipasara na at hindi na sila makapanloko pa ng ibang tao. Very active pa naman sila mg promote sa ibat ibang mga negosyo fairs.
i used to work in everythingonline inc. and the very 1st day of their operation back in 2007,they’re planning to fool of millions of filipinos and get their hard earned money.the concern persons who operates 1st that eol were : mr. noli,maky samaco,joseph velarde,mr.nato etc…. go on people run after these culprits….i pity those franchisee i recruit coz i don’t know their agendas and worst i sold millions of sales but my commission gone lie a wind….
EOL Sucks! Franchisee kami here in Cagayan de Oro.. Monitors arrived sira and until now wala pa rin silang ginawa.. They managed to take our FULL PAYMENT by the way.. pero yun breech of contract sila, walang proper support sa mga franchisees in Mindanao
yes it really SUCKS! you know what, they are still depositing my checks even if i have authorized for them not to! they are fools! i agree! everything OFFLINE!

naging technician ako ng shop na everythingoffline ay este online pala… grabe mga units nila parang chopsuey ung mga memory kung anu-anu nilagay may DDR266, 333, at 400 anu bayan!!!! at tama nga ung isang nag comment sa tungkol dun sa monitor ang madili masira at lumabo pati ung tie up nila na asiantech wala rin silbi. dalhin mo dun na sira pag na pull out na sira parin!!!!! im talking about sa mga monitors nila. kaya ung nag babaliak mag put up ng internet bussiness put up your own nalang madali lang naman eh… sa maintenance wala problem basta reliable ang mga units di tulad ng unit ng everythingoffline nayan!!!!!!!

Ms. Nina, EOL as of now po hindi pa po close yung office nila, may problem lang sa website. ive been there last week.
If you have the time, you can visit their Head office at sa 2nd flr. centerpoint bldg. ortigas.
Pero most na mga franchisee nila madami reklamo sa after-sales service nila especially when it comes to computer troubleshooting.
May nagsasabi na grabe maningil yung mga technician nila. yung iba naman hindi na napupuntahan ng mga technician kahit 2 buwan ng sira yung ilang unit nila.
I think some technicians abuse their franchisees, kasi most of them did not know how to operate the networking/etc. sa i cafe.

As i am reading the comments above, like you I am interested so much in franchansing rather than establishing an internet cafe directly. But while I am reading some of the comments… I am deeply bothered about franchising my internet cafe. Now, as I go through searching… I have found one site that seems to be considerablly favorable to me. I am now on current negotiation with them & hopefully I can close as soon as posible.

Hindi maganda ang experience ko sa franchise ko sa EOL. Hindi po maganda yung mga computers at items na kasama sa franchise. Madaling masira yung mga monitors. Ilang buwan lang malabo na. Yung mga chairs madaling masira – 3 buwan lang bali na ang mga ito dahil hindi matibay pagkakagawa aluminum lang kasi mga paa nito. Napagastusan pa ulit ako sa pagbili ng upuan.
Wala ring mga trainings na inoofer sa pag operate ng business. Bibigyan ka lang ng manual para basahin. Ang na train lang sa akin ay yung sa VAS tulad ng e-loading. Yung e-loading palagi namang offline at palpak ang system. Buti pa sa load central mas maganda ang serbisyo at kumpleto pa ang mga eloading at game cards.
Hindi ka pa bibisitahin o tatawagan man lang upang kukumustahin kung ano na kalagayan ng inyong negosyo. Nakalagay naman ito sa kontrata. Kung magpapa service ka ng computer, magbabayad ka pa ng P150 per visit. Iniisip ko tuloy kung bakit nagbabayad pa ako ng royalty fee na P2,240 per month kung hindi naman maganda ang service. Para saan lang ba yun?
ay naku! palpak talaga yang EOL na yan. suplada mga staff ke papangit naman. loading system laging sira. may tigas pa ng mukha maningil ng tech service biro mo p750 per visit per pc. pwe! buti na lang at SARADO na kayo mga hinayupak kayo! galing lang ako sa centerpoint bldg. pumunta ako sa sitel. ayun nagkalat ang mga sulat, bills sa sahig ng pintuan. ako, 3 months nakabitan ng dls at gusto pa ikabit e smart wifi (smartbro na ata ngayon) e kebaga bagal at lagi daw wala signal yun. pwe! yung manager nila na si MR. SAMACO, ayun, tumakbo punta sa TATE! tangna talaga! wag na wag kayong magkamaling mag-franchise dyan. biro mo, per pc e 35,000? e baka wala pa sa kalahati gagastusin mo kung ikaw lang ang magtatayo ng sarili mo. pili mo pa mga parts at gamit. dami naman dyan nago-offer ng setup-your-own-internet-shop services. dami ko pinuntahahn mga lugar ng mga franchisees, ayun, NAGSISISI to the max! SCAM YANG EOL NA YAN! yung mga sales executives nila, puro nagsipag-resigned lahat. kaya pag tatawag ka at hahanapin mo yung nagbenta sa yo, sasabihin E WALA NA HO DITO YUNG SI HEZZEY ROMULO E! PWE! at kapag tatawag ka sa opis nila, para kang tumatawag sa presinto o sa opisina ng SSS, pwe! wala sumasagot. wag ka nung pumunta ako dun sa opis nila, ayun ring lang ng ring yung telepono at ayaw sagutin. may isa pa nga nanay dun at HYSTERICAL at munumura mga tao dun kasi PALPAK DAW LOADING SYSTEM NILA. HAHAHA!
I am a franchise owner of everything online and i got a headache with everything online equipments and after sale services. The repair took them 2-3months or more before they return the defective parts of the computer. I wander how to earn if i lost alot of time due to unproductive & not functioning computer units?
