Most of us OFW’s (including me) have no clue about the benefits that the government is giving. I only knew recently that we are entitled to several benefits as per government’s directives in appreciation for supposedly “modern heroes” like us. There is also a re-integration program for OFW returnees

When I go back to Philippines for vacation I want to study a three weeks beauty culture. Does OWWA have a program of giving scholarship for the OFW’s themselves aside fromt he dependents?

Sana mahalin ng gov’t ang ofw & their families. Dapat magkaroon ng healthcard ang ofw & the whole family.kasi napakaliit naman ang naitutulong ng philhealth,dapat my healthcard ang buong family ng ofw including the ofw themselves. Nauuwi lang pambayad sa hospital ang inipon. sana wag mag bingi-bingihan at mag bula-bulagAn ang sector na sumasakop dito. Sana tulungan din ang ofw families on how to grow their money,para habang may pera pa, mapalago ito at makadagdag sa pag angat ng economy ng banse.
gusto ko sanang mlaman regarding owwa education and training benefits,kasi pumunta ang kapatid last end of jan.2008 sa owwa office in san fernando,pampanga pra mg apply sa scholarship pero sabi daw nila ang mag apply dw this year next year na raw ang result,totoo ba yan?so kailangan ko pa pala munang papapagpahingain yong kapatid ko.
May deadline po ba ang pag apply ng scholarship?

Gusto kong malaman ang tungkol Phil Health. Paano ako makakuha nyan since andit ako ngayun sa Dubai nagtatrabaho. Kalalabas lang ng papa ko 2 days ago. hinanapan ang brother ko ng Phil health since malaki ang bill namin sa Hospital since alam din ng mga taga hospital na dalawa kaming nasa abroad nag wowork. Hindi ko alam yung tungkol sa Phil Health pero ang sabi ng mga kasamahan ko dito sa abroad automatic na daw yun pag OFW ka. Paano ko makukuha yun? Marerefund pa ba yung binayad ko sa hospital pag nakuha ko na yung Phil Health. More than 60 years old na kasi Papa ko. Please help medyo malaki laki rin kasi yung binayad ko.

Thanks EULEH tungkol sa topic mo sa OFW’s Benefits.Maski ako rin isang OFW dito sa Jeddah hindi ko rin alam tungkol sa mga benefits.
Malapit na rin ako mag for good next year.Ano ba mga benefits pwede ko ma avail dito.Pwede ba maka pag loan dito.At magkano naman?Ano naman ang mga collateral.Then how about sa mga interest per year.

Iba-ba ang mga requirements, procedures at terms ng bawat lending banks/agency sa atin. Pinaka-mainam siguro na mag-inquire tayo directly sa kanila. Lahat ng contact information nandun sa website nila na nakalink sa entry.
