Please Tell us how much is the appropriate amount of salt to One kg.og fish? plzz or is it for a fee too?

u can buy sodium benzoate and caramel color in HYCO, located near in tutuban mall in divisoria.

What enzymes will I need? Can you give info on WHERE to get these enzymes? Also, is there any MARKETING info once manage to make some homemade patis?
How about health guidelines to make sure the created patis is not toxic?
