its looked delicious,but how many leche flan will made sa 10 egg yolk?its different to the leche flan that my neighbor.because 15 eggyolk is to 3 evap. and 2 condensed milk.she made 1 eggyolk for 1 leche flan so its one is to one.i think ur recipe is more chiper but its look more creamier.

i notice that you included mashed potatoes in your recipe.will mashed potatoes serve as an extender?
