I just wanted to share my disappointment when I asked the facilitator on how to make the transparent soap. They just stated that it is not possible to prepare a transparent soap using cold procedure. I recently attended a seminar for herbal soap making, dishwashing, hand soap, powder detergent and etc. but I’m not satisfied with the lecture and output of the product most especially with herbal soap making (not in your seminar). I wanted to focus mainly in herbal soap making or the transparent soap since I’m in the perfumery world. I wanted to make a package of perfume, liquid hand soap, bar soap and lotion.

I saw the procedure on how to make the fancy, scented soap using glycerin soap. Do you have procedure on how to make a Glycerin herbal soap? Can you give me some sources of the raw mats. Thanks!

May I know if you also have seminar in lotion and hand sanitizer making?

Dear entrepinoy,

Im in the process of joining our new entrepeneurs with my my goat production project. Nasa infancy stage pa lang.
In general, I believe that if time, money and space will allow, it will be better if you have 2 or 3 small projects that complement each other. It can save you a lot. For example, VCO production and native chicken raising can go hand in hand. The sapal can be fed to the chicken. Same with fish processing and chicken. You can feed the fish scraps ( head, innards) to the chicken. The list can go on and on. Just innovate and be creative.

More power and thank you very much for a very informative site.

was wondering about papaya soap... is it really the fresh leaves that should be used for this? all this time i thought it's the young papaya fruit (green papaya) that they use.

some soap ingredients gamit din ang papaya fruit mismo, minsan nga nakikita ko pang buo-buo sa soap. parang ang sarap tuloy kagating nung soap. hehe

During 1970's we have tried Papaya
Rojely body soap from Japan and its
really nice, the color is not ripe papaya, I remember whenever we butcher a pig we used papaya leaves
and unriped fruits to clean its skin after removing the hair. It really clean and make it white. We also use the leaves to clean our body when taking a bath.
