KUMAKATOK PO AKO SA MGA TAONG/INTITUSYON NA MAY MAGANDANG KALOOBAN – muli po baka meron naman jan na institution or organisation na pedeng tumulong sa mga OFW lalo na sa nasalanta ng bagyong si ONDOY na walang mahanap na puhunan/pagkakakitaann para makapagsimula ng maliit na pagkakakitaan tulad po ng tilapia. o kung sino man po ang pedeng mag share ng kompletong knowledge/kaalaman sa pag-aalaga ng tilapia sa murang halaga?,,,

@Akinto:I am assuring everyone that this is a hoax. No tilapia will grow to 555g in 6 months and 1,300g in 8 months even at a supersaturated oxygen level.

As a contractor, it is economical and profitable in tilapia tank culture. In earth pond the production is just 25kg per cu. m, compare to tank culture which is 150kg – 200kg per cu. m. I already have summarize data and system for tilapia tank culture.

I have a project design for tilapia tank culture. The 24 culture tank, each measuring 7m width by 20m lenght by 2.7m depth. Each culture tank can hold 50000 fingerlings plus 10% mortality (5000). Two culture tank will be harvest every month totalling to 50 tonnes plus of tilapia. The tilapia is cultured from 6 to 8 months weighting 555grams to 1300grams respectively.

I have 8 (58 cu. m) ponds for breeders section, 1600 cells for breeding section, nursery 1, 2, 3, and 4 capable of producing 144000 plus fingerlings every week. Also the culture tank and the cohorts section.

I have 4 generators tandem as 2 side by side, solar collectors and systematic pump and powerful aerators producing a 0.5 diameter column of oxygen bubbles.

I already have made one, de-chlorination process takes 24hours. Laborious works happen during set up, once the system is done (re-circulation) the maintenance is only minimal

I have one already in my backyard in Cavite, the cost for a complete set up depends on the scale of your fishtank..and the materials you are going to use.

I wanted to help but I’m abroad,I suggest..if you’re able pls. attend seminar “The Business Club” by Ka Gerry Geronimo, you can easily find their contact number and schedule by browsing thru internet.
