What will be the cost difference in getting a fully automatic with a 2000 GPD capacity against 1000 GPD capacity. What will be the required area needed to setup a 2000 GPD capacity?

dont be fool by stages, some installer want to install so many filters for maintenance purposes (kasi nga sa kanya ka bibili ng filters).. You must know first you TWQ (total water quality) para malaman mo kung ano dapat component ng filters na kailangan mo, lalo na at water refilling station ang binabalak mong itayo.

About delivery, nagmahal na yung gas at bilihin, maawa naman tayo sa installer. some company offers actual charge.

In reference with your post last June 2nd, 2008 at 10:45 pm,
Below are my advice to you;

1. Before you put this automatic machine, filler and capper machine you must consider your site.
2. consider also if there is adequate source of water.
3. consider if you can upgrade your machine like, RO, storage tank, pumps, purified water tank without buying the rinsing, filler and caping machine.
4. filler machine, capping machine, rinsing machine constitute high initial cost than upgarding your machine.
5. Your water demand based on 60-125 5gallons per hour is 3600 to
7500 gallons per day @ 12 hours operations and 7200 to 15000
gallons per day @ 24 hours operation. This means that you can
use 5 to 11 gpm capacity pump.
6. Upgrade the size of your raw water storage tank and purified water tank.
