im a contrack worker here in saipan and planning to going home for good.
asking any advice about my land.a 5000sq meter at may bakod na sya.any idea what project that i could start. i have a lot of kapit bahay at the back of my land.poultry or piggery is not a good idea in that area kasi baka mag riklamo nga kapitbahay.any other suggestion.

I am planning to start as a grower, growing chicken poultry farm business. What is the standard capacity of a one hectare land to grow chicken? Can I have also a guide to construct a chicken poultry house and a piggery house Is it possible to maximize the one hectare land for 70% for chicken growing and 30% for Piggery? Please help to get this data sort as soon as possible. I want to make a feasibility study before I start the working on setting up the farm. I want to know also the risk of growing the chicken , how many will be over weight, under weight and will die ,assumptions only. What is the standard weight for chicken per heard to market and the pricing per head.
