@Jeanica, imo, since you're transactions is purely online and you don't have a physical office or store, and you're doing it alone, business registration isn't needed.

@emily wilson, you can simply print your own barcode on a sticker label and stick it on your items. if you have your own pc and printer (laser recommended) you can download free softwares to generate barcode and print your own. for bulk labels, you can approach any printing shops for a much cheaper cost.

Can you please help me about building taxation. At the moment I lived in U.K me and my husband work very hard here. We decided to invest our money in one of our province Southern Leyte. We put up a 2 huge buildings both of them 3 stories. We supposed to open a Hotel and a Restaurant. When the buildings all finished I have all the requirements ready to operate the business. When the Assessor inspect the building the tax that they imposed is way too high they include all the equipments, from AC, Ref. kind of tiles that were using, beds, machineries, he even ask me for the receipt, I get paranoid I told him that most of my equipments is from abroad I can't produce him the receipts. I thought that our country need investor, and aside from that we create jobs on that area, and decent accomodations. My questions is: We lived in the province and we are the first investor who invest millions on that place, is there any chance that the taxation policy of the building is different in the City?. I think the Municipality have the right to give chance to help the investor to promote tourism, and create jobs to the local.

I feel most of our government employee is corrupt from top to the bottom. They don't help our own people to improve there way of living. All they care is for themselves as long as they received a big fat check in the bank.

As of now I convert my properties into residential but still huge amount of tax they imposed. I think is Politics behind everything.
