Actually I'm connected to Architectural firm at Papua New Guinea and my boss wants to put a representative office here in the Philippines I'm just inquiring how is the procedure in putting an office here and this company is a sole proprietor and I went already to SEC and I'm not sure if that is the right agency to go to because the company is a sole proprietor. Also I want to inquire about the taxation of the business because the company will not make any income here in the Philippines and the projects will come from abroad. Is it ok that the company be register to a foreigner as the owner without a local partner?
