The optimum potential of goat as one of the main sources of milk and meat has not been fully tapped in the Philippines. The goat is popularly known as the poor man’s cow because children and old folks who can not afford cow’s milk prefer drinking goat’s milk. Aside from being cheap, goat’s milk is more digestible compared to cow’s milk.

Hi,
Ask ko lang profitabilty of raising goat for dairy dito sa pinas. Ilang heads para maging viable yung business? How much per liter benta ng goat’s milk, etc.

@the kebun, actually no one can claim because goat farming is sporadically situated in the whole philippines, though most of the concentration is in southern luzon and mindanao area. i may be wrong.

ok po sir, pero wala po ako idea kung magkano tlaga ang boer po san mabigyan nyo ako ng price ng bentahan po ng boer?, meron po b kayong boer sir nakita ko po kz n nagbebenta pla kau ng meat ng kambing un din po sana balak ko gawin po n negosyo po, ask kung meat po b ng boer ang binebent nyo sir jay?
