@noel, you can dig and make a mini-pond near the area, or use a plastic/metal drum, cut if in half, then put water.

Just to ask anybody about duck raising; could we rear ducks for egg laying and meat in an area where there is no pond, for about 1000sqm2?; this land is near in rice fields.

In this particular area, is it feasible?

Hi there,

I have to dark cambell ducklings, they are one week old. One of the ducklings seems very small It weighs 62g, while the other weighs 158g. Could you please tell if this ok or shall I seek veterinary help.

i am supposed to plan for wetlands in the command area with livlihood activities.fisheries is one of them. AS khaki campbell or some other fast growing ducks can be reared by farmers .
kindly inform about the quantity of the ducklings ,time and the rate with transport facility to the site , and marketing etc.
